Instant Notification System for SugarCRM
Are you looking to give the fastest response times possible for new leads and workflow status changes from your SugarCRM system? Our Instant Notification System for SugarCRM gives you just that. Built for Microsoft Windows computers, this application quickly installs into the task tray of your Windows desktop. You can configure it to check your SugarCRM account every minute to see if you have any new information that you have not been notified about. If you do, it will pop up an alert on to your screen and the alert will allow you to make one click to enter the system and pull up the exact record that you are looking for.

Response times of less than 1 minute
Hook your web site lead forms directly into the SugarCRM system. We track their origin for marketing tracking, and assign a sales rep to the lead automatically using a special "round robin" distribution methodology. The moment that the lead record is assigned to a sales rep, the Instant Notification System for SugarCRM will place an alert window onto that sales rep's monitor. They must click on this notice window in order to have it bring up the record in the SugarCRM system. This combination of technologies provides for the ability to have sales reps return web site requests in less than one minute.

Central management, simple installation
Our new version 3.0 now provides a central management interface to the SugarCRM interface. From this administration tool, managers can assign permissions and notification alerts for the entire team, in a single place, instead of going to each computer to set the options individually. Users that are upgrading from the 1.0 or 1.3 versions must reconfigure from the central point interface one time to complete the upgrade.

Works with all firewall's, with no changes
We use advanced SOAP web services to perform all communications between the local application and the central SugarCRM server. This means that firewall's will not block our data synchronization by default. You will also have the freedom to travel anywhere without worrying about setting up your computer or interfering with your data synchronization.

Our solution includes 1 SugarCRM administration module, 5 user licenses for client machines, and 30 days of installation phone support to get you up and running as fast as possible. Software updates and patches are delivered automatically to your end client systems, providing a true "install once" experience that reduces your IT management costs.

Each Additional Client ($39)

If you have more end users than 5, you can purchase additional client licenses for the remote notification applications that are installed on each user's computer. These client applications require that you have the Server Module listed above installed first.
